Intermittent fasting is a super powerful strategy for fat loss when done right, and for me, it's one of the most useful tools for getting to 10% body fat.
I've used intermittent fasting since 2012 in a variety of forms starting with the classic approach with 16 hours fasting and 8 hours eating window. I also tried a 4-hour eating window and the one meal a day approach.
All of these types of intermittent fasting work great for me and have helped me lose body fat as well as maintain a low body fat all year round without worrying as much about food or hunger.
In this video, I want to show you what you need to know about intermittent fasting based on science and my experience so you can use it to lose body fat and get a lean ripped physique.
