Hot COCOA COOKIES Christmas Cookies

These hot cocoa cookies are so fun and really yummy!

Hot Cocoa Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
4 packages hot cocoa mix or 3/4 cups hot cocoa mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Mallow Bits, mini dehydrated marshmallows

Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to butter, sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Cover and chill dough for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop out dough and place onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Leave room for the cookies to spread. If desired top with additional chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
