1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1/4 teaspoon asalt
Black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour with salt
2 eggs with salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 lemon, for garnish

Side Salad:
Mixed greens

Salad Dressing:
1/2 clove minced garlic
salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
