Tasmanians are ‘over elections’
Tasmanians are “over elections”, according to Tasmania Labor Senator Helen Polley.
Voting has now closed for the early state election.
Ms Polley questioned why Premier Jeremy Rockliff “couldn’t continue”.
“Why’d you have to have an early election a year out?” she said.
“Tasmanians are over elections; they’re also over voting for a Liberal premier and then waking up and finding out they’ve got a new premier who’s someone they haven’t voted for.”
