In this World Shared Practice Forum podcast, Dr. Ericka Fink shares some of the​ epidemiologic insights produced by the PANGEA ​​pediatric neurocritical care global research network. Dr. Fink also shares her personal path as a researcher in pediatric neurocritical care, sharing some lessons learned and highlighting many of the mentors and organizations who have supported her along the way.
