I Left Hospital...Continuing Recovery at Home

The last 4 weeks spent in hospital really opened my eyes and changed my perspective on a lot of things.

I had a lot of free time and so I did a lot of reflecting and thinking.

It has been one of the hardest things I have ever experienced but the section was something that needed to happen to give me a shock and kick that I was so desperately needing.

I have to admit that I was unable to navigate and properly kickstart recovery on my own like I believed and convinced myself I could.

I am extremely grateful that I was able to receive the help and support that I got.

This is a lil video of my first week out of inpatient and away from the intense rules and routine that inpatient hospitals provide.

Its been SUPER emotional being at home but I have carried on smashing it and sticking to a plan.

Remember if not now then when? Something I keep on reminding myself when things get difficult.
