Healthy baked eggs |Weight loss recipes| High protein, quick & easy lunch/dinner idea for fat loss

These healthy baked eggs is a fan favourite so I want to show you all how to make it! Ive had it both for dinner and lunch so it really doesn't matter. This recipe has helped me on my weight loss journey because it is high in fibre (depending on the leftover veggies you add) and protein (because of the eggs and optional ham). It is also low in calories!

I really dislike food waste and throwing away anything so this is a great way of using all of your random leftover vegetables a day or two before your next grocery shop.

What you need:
2 large free-range eggs per person
ANY leftover veggies you have! (mushrooms, courgettes, corn, onion)
I used 2 large carrots and a handful of green beans and cherry tomatoes
1 cal spray (of course)
1 piece of ham per person handful of grated cheese
salt, pepper and whatever seasonings you like! (i.e. dried herbs, smoked paprika)
... I haven't measured anything out because it is all up to your taste buds and how you want this to turn out!
