12-Week Human Experiment: From Zero Exercise to Extreme Kettlebell Training. Half Way Progress
If you're looking for an inspiration, check out this video! Before and after 6 weeks of training the Kettlebell Keith way. No dieting allowed! We took Kody, who has never done kettlebells, and put him on a program of kettlebell training. We split screen Kody, comparing his exercise form from day 1 to now! Considering the workouts are less than half an hour, it's quite impressive how much Kody has changed. As you can see in the video, he moves better, uses a respectable weight, and has better posture. His face has thinned out and he looks healthier.
We are at the half way mark for Kody. He has committed to sticking to the program three times per week. Since he is a self-motivated entrepreneur, I don't need to have long inspirational chats
with him. He has overcome the initial stiffness and growing pains and is becoming better with each passing week. Stay tuned for the last half of the program!
