The question I get all the time is "how do I get bigger arms?" and since It's been a while since we've done a traditional biceps and triceps workout I figured it would be a good time to hurt ourselves with one. The entire thing is done with supersets that will not only give you an incredible pump but also if you feel old like me it will feel better on those joints.

Smith Drag Curls:
4 Sets / 20 Reps

Seated Cable French W/ Mechanical Drop To Cable Skull Crushers
SS
Seated Cable Curls W/ Mechanical Drop To Partials:
4 Sets / "Pick a weight you can get 20 reps with on the first set of both french press & seated curls"

Dumbbell Curl (Supinated + Slight Lean)
SS
Close Grip Pushups:
10 Sets / "Pick a weight you can get 20 reps with on the first set"
