How to do press handstand

The transition to press, with help from your teacher! Teachers, take note of key points: straight arms, straight legs, shoulders move over wrists, and pelvis keeps reaching up, up, up. Pull the pelvis into you and up as they come down to help them find their core lift. This is only for helping students who have the hamstring flexilibility to get their pelvis high over their shoulders and the upper body strength to support their weight. Props to Chris Chavez!
