Chasing Snow Fall at Lithgow + Hassans Wall Lookout (Australian Road Trips)

We were supposed to go on a day trip to Port Stephens but after reading the news about the ‘Antarctic Blob’ hitting parts of NSW, we decided to scrap the initial plan and went chasing snow fall around Lithgow instead.

Mother Nature didn’t disappoint and we experienced our first ever real snow fall — not just once but all throughout the day. :)

Stayed at Hassans Wall Lookout for a good 30 minutes to soak in the experience and the beautiful views. Our friend recently just bought an awning which we tried to setup for a short picnic break by Lake Lyell. Unfortunately, snow started falling again so we had to pack-up earlier than we wanted and went ahead to the small town of Lithgow to have some good ol' Vietnamese food!
