Arlington’s 22201 is a significant zip code with the sought-after Lyon Village and Lyon Park residential neighborhoods to the north and south and the two vertical hubs of Clarendon and Court House to the east and west.

The zip code has two Metro Stops on the Orange Line here in Clarendon and in Courthouse giving it great access into downtown Washington.

Along the Wilson Boulevard Corridor or Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, however you want to call it, there are a ton of retail stores and restaurants with Clarendon being at the heart of it. The county has received national acclaim for their zoning that has centered density around the metro stations which has bolstered the area economically.

The highest price achieved in the zip code this past year was here in Lyon Village. This stately circa 2015 European inspired custom designed home measures over 7,800 sf on a 9,285 sf lot with six (6) bedrooms, five (5) full and one (1) half baths, features distressed hard plank floors throughout and fabulous landscaping traded for $3,750,000 in October 2021.

As for Condos and Co-Ops. There were five hundred two (502) units to trade this past year for an average sales price of $519K with an average of thirty-one (31) days on the market.

The highest sales price for a flat this past year in the zip code was here at the circa 2006 Odyssey Condominium. Unit 1207, measures at 1,893 sf with three (3) bedrooms, three (3) full baths, two (2) balconies, amazing floor-to-ceiling windows with views into DC, and traded for $1,525,000 or $805 psf.
