Plywood Sawhorses/Assembly Table/Workbench/Crosscut Table Project - Part 1

This Plywood Sawhorse/Assembly Table/Crosscut Table Project is part 1 of a 3 part series, part 2 (link below) is a plywood crosscut assembly table to use for breaking down full sheets of plywood and in part 3 I just finished making a modified version of the Paulk workbench, the video is up now and the link is listed below.

The assembly table/workbench is one piece and measures 36" x 60", and also serves as a much needed out feed table for the table saw and other equipment.

I built these plywood sawhorses using 3/4" shop birch plywood I had left over from a previous project and that's why I used the pocket hole method instead of cutting out the shape of the sawhorse from a large piece of plywood. The yellow straps were originally some old cargo load straps.

These can be folded and hung up out of the way when more space is needed in the shop.

The overall size of these plywood sawhorses ended up being 28" high and 28" wide.

The upright pc's are 5 3/4"x 28"

Cross pc's are 5 3/4" x 16 1/2"

One side of the cross pc is taller by about an inch to allow it fit up into assembly table and lock them together.
