Ca. 1891 6" German Rider patent hot air pumping engine built under license by Otto Boettger, Saechsische Motorenfabrik, Dresden-Loebtau, Saxonia. Supplied "for ease of transportation" as a portable engine for "drainage of quarries and clay pits and watering of lawns, parks and gardens".
