Sanding brake rotors with light! Using a laser to resurface bike brake rotors.

You've seen me sand brake rotors a numbe of ways to try and get them to bed in. I'm still at it. In this one, I try something new. Instead of sanding with sand, I sand with light. Etch the surface with a laser to remove glazing and contamination. In this one, I give it a shot, try it out and show how it goes, then tell you if it's worth it.
