Using a Melody from bad guy as a Dexterity Exercise

In the 8th video of my #100daysuke2021 I play a melody from the Billie Eilish song bad guy as a finger dexterity exercise. The goal is to move the fingers of the fretting hand as little as possible to train finger control and independence. Pointer and middle fingers pretty much stay in place except when moving up and down the fretboard, ring finger moves a little more the necessary and pinky finger quite a bit. Desi Serna suggested to use parts of actual songs as exercises instead of non-musical exercises like the spider in his Guitar Theory podcast. And Justin Sandercoe has a lesson on why and when minimal finger movement makes sense and when you may not want it. Check the links below.
