Prerequisites (45+ seconds each):
Front Bodyline Hold
Tripod Headstand
Wall Facing Handstand Hold
10 Dumbbell Z Press (15/10kg) + 15s Z Press Hold
Week 1's Progression:
3 sets x 30 seconds each:
Front Bodyline Hold
Tripod Headstand
Wall Facing Handstand Hold
3 sets x As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP):
Dumbbell Z Press
3 sets x As Many Seconds As Possible (AMSAP):
Dumbbell Z Press Hold
