Ingredients / Makes 4
Chicken Masala Topping
1 chicken breast cubed into small pieces
1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic paste
2 Tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
pinch black pepper
1/4 cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Toppings
4 Frozen or fresh Naans
2 cup Pizza Sauce/ Marinara
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup Chopped capsicum
1/4 cup Chopped onions
Fresh chopped coriander
