4 rounded tsp instant espresso powder + 1 cup hot water
20mL Kahlua or Rum (optional)
2 large egg yolks
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup or 250 ml heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
255g mascarpone cheese
(1) 3.5oz box Lady Finger cookies also known as Savoiardi
unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting. ENJOY :)
