Kayaking along the Amalfi Coast in February with my dog, exploring the markets in Ercolano and Resina, ordering chickens and picking spinach. Just a normal week in Positano in February.

The markets in Ercolano close at 1300. You can go there by train from Sorrento.
In Colli di Fontanelle we had lunch at La Stelluccia, saw horses and chickens at the Agriturismo Piccolo Paradiso which you can stay at too: http://piccoloparadiso.agriturismosorrento.com.
The walk we did starts at Parco dei Principi but is hard to explain how to find (you need to cut through the castle grounds to find the start.)
