Ingredients for moong ki sabzi:
•Moong - 1 cup
•Potato - 1 medium sized
•Tomato - 1 medium sized
•Onions - 2 medium sized
•Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
•Water - 2 cups
•Oil - 4 tbsp
•Jeera - 1/2 tsp
•Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
•Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
•Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
•Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
•Salt - 1/2 tsp
