Back In Black written by: Angus Young, Malcom Young, and Brian Johnson

In February of 1980, the band was devastated by the death of lead singer Bon Scott. The title of the album was a tribute and in morning of Scott. In just a few shorts months, Angus, Malcom, and Brian wrote what would become the timeless hard rock classics featured on Back in Black. In July of 1980, Back in Black was released to the world and went on to eventually sale 50 million copies.

If I only had one piece of advise to offer guitar players it would be to study the songs AC/DC. No matter if you're a beginner or an advanced player, AC/DC rhythm, song structure, grooves, and lead guitar are a staple of hard rock guitar playing. In my opinion, AC/DC is often overlooked for their musicianship. They are and continue to be one of the tightness bands in all of rock music. One last thing.....have fun and embrace the learning process. Breaking down a song bar by bar shouldn't feel like a chore. Often times we focus too much on finishing or getting to the end of a song and miss out on the journey.
