Spray Rose Sugar Flower Tutorial (Gumpaste / Flower Paste)

In this video I show you how to make a beautiful spray rose out of gumpaste / flower paste. This is a real favourite of mine as it's a popular addition to wedding arrangements. Once you have mastered the basics, it can be adapted to endless variations in colour and shape to match different briefs. Apologies that I go out of shot in a few places – this tutorial was shot before I upgraded my camera set up.
