Sony PCM-7040 Comments

You really need to study the owners manual to get the most out of this machine!
This has many features required for professional use. It doesn't have SMPS which means you can copy CDs to tape (most DATs won't allow copying).
As it seems you need a university level degree to understand these, I am planning on bringing out a series of simplified tutorials, which will apply to the whole of the 7000 series (as they have similar functionality and similar menus).
