Pioneer M-22 Class A High End Amplifier Pt2

Going to be a challenge this one. I retested the huge value capacitors and they all seem to be charging if you wait a minute for them to start charging! Need to put in 35v from my bench power supply at a constant current of 50ma for 20 seconds to fully charge them and look at the charging curve on the scope (this for all four individually). If the capacitors are OK I need to check the rest of that circuit to see why it is pulling so much current.

N.B. I mentioned that I cleaned the relay contacts with switch cleaner but first with fine Wet & Dry paper; If you are cleaning, be, aware that the relay contacts have a special coating that needs to repain - So proceed with caution!
