If you don't know I use to hold the World Record in the Iron Cross. It is one of if not THE most iconic gymnastics move of all time. Everyone thinks they can just get up and start training it, however gymnasts take years of molding their body and strength in order to hold such a demanding skill. Here are the top 3 strengthening exercises I personally used in conjunction with iron cross training to help me maintain, perfect, and strengthen my iron cross without beating my body into mush.
