In this video, I discuss (pretty much) all the things I do on a daily basis to help manage my anxiety and overall better my mental health. If you know me, you know I have struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time, and I like to keep an open conversation about it to help anyone else possibly going through the same things.

I know this video is a long one, but I really wanted to get as much info into it as I could. So if you watch the whole way through, thank you, and I hope it was helpful!

I am obviously not a doctor or therapist, so this is not professional advice. Just advice from someone who is well acquainted with mental health struggles.
