recipes:
pancakes:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 banana
+ any other flavors you would like!
- blend until batter forms and cook like typical pancakes
pb banana bagel:
- cinnamon raisin bagel (or plain)
- banana
- peanut butter
that's it lol
general tso's tofu:
- sauce recipe from https://minimalistbaker.com/general-tsos-tofu/
- 1/3 block tofu, cubed
- brown rice
- broccoli
- cook tofu on medium high pan, flipping onto each side of tofu cubes so that they're evenly browned
- mix together sauce ingredients and add to pan, turning down the heat to prevent burning; stir consistently until sauce gets thick
- serve with cooked rice and broccoli
burger + fries:
- 1 baking/russet potato (can use a sweet potato too!)
- spices of choice
- veggie burger and toppings
- cut potato into fry shapes, pat off excess water, season as preferred, and put in oven at 430° for 40 minutes
- cook veggie burger as packaged and add whatever toppings
