The Terrifying Sausage Ghost…

In the 1800s, Mr. and Mrs. Hans Muller from Germany moved to ​​725 Ursuline St, New Orleans where they set up a sausage factory, and became known for the delicious sausages they produced. However their relationship suffered due to the pressure of their success and Mr Muller started an affair with a younger woman and wanted rid of his wife so they could be together. One night Muller crept up on his wife as she was making sausages, and strangled her with a piece of cord. Over the next few weeks customers started noticing the sausages tasted funny and one customer found part of a gold ring in her sausage. They then realised Mrs Muller was missing.

The police were notified and when they called round to question her husband they found him huddled in a corner screaming at the sausage grinder. He claimed the mangled remains of his wife emerged every night from the machine to haunt him. He was arrested for murder and spent the rest of his days in a lunatic asylum, where it is claimed he was still haunted by the wife he killed and to escape her taunting he eventually killed himself. The home is now a private residence and has been sold many times as it seems the mangled apparition of Mrs Muller still terrorises whoever moves in.
