Good Sourdough Bread - START TO FINISH

This "Good Sourdough Bread" recipe is my all-time favorite rustic, sourdough bread. This is a blank canvas type of recipe for me, one that I can tweak or add things to whenever I want to switch things up a bit. For example, I could easily add cinnamon and raisins to this recipe and have an awesome Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Bread. But when I want to make a good, classic, standard, European-influenced, country-style sourdough loaf, this is the recipe I always come back to.
