WCSS 1999 : Peter Phelan - "Gerry O'Donnell's / The Absent Fiddler"

Peter Phelan from Dublin has been one of the Willie Clancy Summer School's best whistle tutors, and we've had some great music and "craic" together over the years in Miltown Malbay. He played these 2 reels at the Flute & Whistle recital in 1999. The photo was taken some years later in "Cleary's Bar", aka "The Blonde's", which has been my favourite bar for sessions in Miltown since 1980.
If you see this Peter, I'll be buying the pints at our next meeting !
