Contractors are one of the most difficult parts when it comes to flipping houses. Ideally you would find the unicorn who can do alot of jobs at once cheaply, with good quality, and really fast! The reality is it doesn’t work like that. Everyone has flaws that you have to work around. It’s a matter of where you’re willing to compromise.

The best way to get more contractors is to constantly prospect them. Here are my top five ways:

Home Depot
Forums/Groups

If you search enough, you will find many contractors. Many will be bad but you will find the ones you really like if you keep searching. And all it takes is a few good ones!
