ProPresenter 7 Tutorial: Internal vs external key

I've had a Decklink Duo 2 for a couple of years now and before that, I used an ultrastudio 4k at church. What always confused me was "Internal vs. External" in the settings for alpha in ProPresenter.

After some research, I figured out what they meant (external means a video switcher puts the key and fill together to do the keying and internal means it all happens in the card itself).
