Upper Body BURN! 45 Min Strength Workout for Toned Arms, Back, and Chest!

Grab some dumbbells and get ready to feel the burn! The first portion of this workout encourages some heavier lifting... so if you’ve got some heavy weights, bust ‘em out! I’ll be using up to 25 pounds during this workout but spent most sets using my 10, 8, and 5 pound weights. Use what you’ve got!

As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!)
