Did you know that the airport terminal building of Ashgabat in Turkmenistan has the shape of a bird? The bird-shaped main terminal of the Ashgabat International Airport was inspired by the famous national bird, Lacyn which is a falcon species found mainly in Turkmenistan. The wing span of the bird's building is 364 meters, thus setting the new world record for the Largest bird-shaped building. Let's hope it doesn't take off!
