Hi, I’m Asia! I’m doing my favorite thing today: thrifting and trying a local food in a random city of Washington. Today we spent the day exploring Shelton, WA for thrifting, antiquing, and small-town discoveries, and ended up finding one of the coolest local spots I’ve seen in a while, The Mason Food Court. I stopped by one of the food trucks, Radio Fryer Foods and tried their bacon cheeseburger egg rolls, and yes… they absolutely lived up to the hype. Crispy, flavorful, and one of those menu items you instantly tell people about after trying. I can see why they have the 5-star Google reviews they do. If you’re searching for the best food trucks in Washington or unique eats in Shelton, this is one to add to your list.

The best part of the visit was meeting owner Dean, who shared what’s coming next for the Mason Food Court. Right now they already have food trucks operating, but this summer they’re expanding and transforming the space into a true community hangout destination. Think more picnic tables, outdoor seating, cornhole, fun family-friendly vibes, and a great place to relax with friends.

They’re also planning drink options including cream soda and orange soda on tap, and beer, cider, and wine, making this an even better stop for adults looking for a laid-back weekend hangout in Shelton.

If you live in Lacey, Tumwater, Olympia, Tacoma, or anywhere around Western Washington, this is the kind of place worth making a drive for once the summer upgrades are complete.
