“Livin’ the Dream” with Willie Flores Jr.’s 1995 Pete 379
This 1995 Peterbilt 379 spent the entirety of its first 27 years as a show truck across the pond in the UK before Texas-based Willie Flores Jr. found it and brought it home to the U.S. in May 2022. It’s always been a show truck, so it was only right for it to make its U.S. truck show debut at the 2023 Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky, where it won first place in the First Show — Bobtail category. The truck, which features a Double Eagle sleeper, only has around 78,500 miles on the 3406E Cat.
