一碗燕麦加一个苹果做玛芬 减脂营养又美味 apple oatmeal muffins

ingredients:
1.5 cups oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 apple
1/3 cup cranberry
1/4 cup walnuts
配方表:
1.5 杯燕麦
1/2 小勺泡打粉
1/2 小勺肉桂粉
1/8 小勺盐
1.5 大勺红糖
1 个鸡蛋
1/2 杯牛奶
1 个苹果
1/3 杯蔓越莓干
1/4 杯核桃仁
