Transit Museum Society Buses 1937 - 1991

This is the Vintage bus collection of the Transit Museum Society, Vancouver B.C.
The Transit Museum Society of Vancouver, British Columbia was established in 1986
to document and preserve our province’s transit heritage. We restore and operate
vehicles significant to the history of public transit in British Columbia.

1937 Hayes - Anderson Teardrop. Oldest running bus in BC
1947 Fageol Twin Coach. Model 41S
1947 Canadian Car & Foundry Brill Trolley Bus. Model T-44
1954 Canadian Car & Foundry Brill Trolley Bus. Model T-48A
1957 Canadian Car & Foundry Brill. Model CD-52A (Last two running examples)
1957 General Motors Oldlook. Model TDH-4512 Rolling Museum
1959 General Motors Oldlook. Model TDH-4512 Non-running in need of restoration. Obtained December 2018
1964 General Motors Newlook. Model TDH-4519 Fishbowl
1976 Flyer. Model E800. Converted from electric to diesel in the late 80's
1982 Flyer Trolleybus. Model E902A. This bus was vandalized while in storage offsite
and may never run again. Now used as an office.
1982 Flyer. Model D902A
1982 Trolleybus. Built on a GMC T6H-5307 shell. Brown Bovardi motor controls. This bus is from Edmonton.
1982 General Motors. Model T6H-5307N (Hillclimber variant)
1990 Motor Coach Industries. (Classic) Model TC-40102
1991 New Flyer Industries. Model D40

These clips were taken by me since 2008 and some are not as clear as others depending on the available video equipment. If anyone wishes to contribute to this video to improve the quality, I would greatly appreciate it.
