What does it mean when a guy says he's not ready for a relationship or that he's not ready to commit? What about when a girl says she's not ready for a relationship? It can mean a wide variety of things when they say they're not ready for a relationship, but the most obvious being that this person is clearly not on the same page as you. If you want a commitment but he's not ready for a relationship right now, then that's your sign to pack it up and LEAVE.
