Never Compromise. Collaborate: Third Coast Percussion at TEDxUND

Third Coast Percussion, Notre Dame's ensemble in residence, made up of David Skidmore, Robert Dillon, Peter Martin and Sean Connors, combines a talk and a riveting performance. They believe that, as the world grows more globally connected and communication becomes more technology-based, the need for thoughtful, respectful, and personal collaboration within and across cultures is increasingly important. In this talk, they share their take on the role of collaboration in daily life and demonstrate how the group's four different viewpoints come together as one.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
