I should add that the actual dimensions of the PCB didn't change, but the IEEE connector was moved back a bit to make room for the optional IDC cable header (if fitted) to clear the display.
Also, it is suggested to mount the LEDs about 1/16" raised from the PCB to better align with light pipes which I didn't do.
