Stretching and Warmup Exercises, Classical Guitar Tutorial by Thu Le

It is not just to pick up the guitar and hit the strings if you want to improve your skills and technique correctly. It is actually quite physical as it is in any performances to warm up and stretch your muscles before and after your performance to avoid any long term discomfort.
It is very recommended to take your time to exercise in a simple way to make your journey with your guitar more in tune! I am sharing some basic warm up techniques that I do regularly for you to keep a better physical condition.
