3 Meals, 2 People, 1 Pound - In Nigeria (£1 = 495 Naira Limited Budget Food Challenge)

So here's something different! I've been corresponding with a guy named Babatunde, in Nigeria (NOT a scammer - a teacher on unpaid furlough) who agreed to help me run a sort of virtual foreign-exchange-trip version of the £1 a day limited budget food challenge.

Some info relating to the things in the video:
Garri is processed Cassava - used to make Eba - the staple that they ate with soup for lunch - more info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eba
Waterleaf is a plant commonly grown as a leafy vegetable throughout the tropics - more info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talinum_fruticosum
The fermented locust bean paste is called Iru - more info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iru_(food)
Fufu is a sort of doughy staple made from cassava flour, or a wide variety of other starchy products - more info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fufu
