She broke out of the monitor. Two AI keyframes, one video model.

I made this 10-second AI cyborg burst-out reel in about 10 minutes using a 2-keyframe technique that almost nobody is talking about.

The full setup:

1. Generate the START frame in Higgsfield (nano_banana model) — character trapped inside a monitor, hand reaching toward the glass.
2. Generate the END frame using the start frame as a reference — character emerged, room flooded red, glowing eyes.
3. Feed BOTH frames into Seedance 2.0 with role: start_image and role: end_image. The model interpolates a coherent 10-second motion between them.
4. Mux the original audio with ffmpeg, render a Nanoflow CTA pill with Playwright, overlay it on the last 3 seconds.

Total cost: about $0.80 in Higgsfield credits. Total time: about 10 minutes.
