Tutti Frutti Cake

Ingredients:

Batter :
1 cup - Curd
1+ 1/4 cup - Sugar Powder
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda

Beat well and keep 10 min

Coating ingredients:
1/2 cup - Tutti frutti
2 tbsp - Cashew-nut Chopped
1 tbsp - Raisin
1 tbsp - Maida
After Resting 10 min put

1/2 Cup - Oil ( non flavoured)
Big Pinch - Salt
1 tsp - Vanilla essence
1 + 1/2 Cup - Maida

Put Maida in 2 Batches

Mix well and put tutti frutti coated in cut n fold method

Pour batter in loaf tin with Dusting sides

Put upper side tutti frutti and dry fruits

Baking:
Oven : preheat 10 min for 180 degree and bake for 30 -40 min till done ...
Microwave: Convection mode : preheat 10 min for 180 degree and bake 30-49 min

Check with toothpick

Slice and serve
