Fix: Corolla Left Turn Signal - intermittently not working and making rapid noise with no blinker

Here's how to fix a Corolla that has a turn signal (blinker) that makes a fast, rapid noise, but the light itself doesn't work. For me it was on a 2001 Toyota Corolla and while the right blinker (signal) worked great, the left one would only occasionally work.

Thanks to these videos, who figured out what the problem was and how to fix it!! If you found my video helpful, please visit these other videos and tell them Thank you!

I don't explain it as well as I should have, but the issue is that the terminals in the signal switch have worn down. So, if you add a little solder to the top of the terminals, then it will make a better connection and work like new again.

I hope this is helpful to show in exactly how to take everything apart. Thanks so much to the other video makers - It is so great to have my turn signal work every time again!!

PS - I've only used a solder gun a few times, so please don't judge me too harshly, I have no idea what I'm doing. Thanks!
