✨ Double Active Fold
👉🏼 measure your ‘before’ forward fold
👇🏼 NOW:
Squeeze the block with your adductors. Pull on the resistance band, elbows in. Fold from your hips. Keep the knees straight. Feel the intensity down the back of your legs.

Hold for 30 seconds
Rest
🔁 3 rounds
⏱️ only 1 minute 30 seconds total
