Firefighter's horror inside the Grenfell fire

In the nine months since the Grenfell Tower fire, we've heard from the residents who escaped, the campaigners calling for justice, and the politicians vowing to learn the lessons from the tragedy that killed 71 people.

Sky News has spoken exclusively to a firefighter who helped tackle the flames, who claims that he and his colleagues could have saved more people, if it weren't for failing equipment.

We have disguised his face and voice to protect his identity.
