I think the conviction was for Failure to Comply, but I'm only guessing from the amount of the fine and the 6 points. This suggests that the registered owner of WFN364 probably didn't disclose the driver's details to the police. Same points as a mobile phone offence, bigger fine usually. If he'd contested the mobile phone charge in court instead of failing to disclose/comply, I believe he'd have gotten off because of RvBarreto. I didn't film any evidence of him using the phone for an interactive communication purpose, unlike for the other two drivers in this video, who also have separate videos of their own.
